Join us for an exciting National Celebrate Lacrosse Week clinic designed to introduce new players to the fastest game on two feet and help current athletes sharpen their skills! This free, community-based event will feature fun drills, mini-games, and hands-on coaching from experienced Rage and ALC staff and players.
Whether you’ve never picked up a stick before or already play with a local team, this is a great opportunity to learn, play, and connect with other athletes in the Bristol and Southwest Virginia / Northeast Tennessee area. All equipment will be provided for new participants, and players of all experience levels are welcome.

This clinic is designed for new and developing players who want to learn the fundamentals of lacrosse in a fun, supportive environment. Participants will be grouped by age and experience level to ensure everyone is challenged appropriately while building confidence in their skills.
No experience or equipment is required—just bring your energy and excitement to learn the fastest game on two feet!

The National Celebrate Lacrosse Week Clinic will be held on Sunday, November 9, 2025, from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
Join us for an exciting 90-minute session filled with skills instruction, fun games, and a celebration of the sport of lacrosse!

This year’s National Celebrate Lacrosse Week Clinic will be held at the brand-new Food City Sports Complex at Emory & Henry University, a premier athletic facility designed to support youth and collegiate sports across Southwest Virginia. The complex features top-quality turf fields, ample parking, and easy access from Interstate 81 (Exit 26).
Participants will check in near the main entrance of the complex, where signage will direct families to the lacrosse fields. The new facility provides an exciting, safe, and spacious environment for new and developing players to learn, play, and celebrate the sport of lacrosse!
